Background
Teknabuild is a registered trading name of Smyth Project Management Ltd and was founded in February 2018. Since then we have evolved into a reputable construction main contractor in such areas as Retail, Cleanroom, Medical, Commercial, Structural, light Industrial and selected Residential.
Roger is degree qualified in both Construction Management and Quantity Surveying with 20+ years experience on the Contractor, Client and PQS sides working with companies such as SISK, McAleer and Rushe, P Elliott, PM Group – Mission Critical and O’Reilly Hyland Tierney and Associates PM/QS.
Sean is a time served qualified carpenter / cabinet maker and is also BIFM qualified. Sean has 20+ years’ experience in the areas of construction, shop fitting, facilities and maintenance management working with companies such as Mitie, SSE Airtricity, Findlay Shop Fitters and Johnston Shop Fitters.
